Tip N' Roll bleachers are easily tipped up onto its swivel casters for movement and storage when not in use.  When in use, the non-marring rubber foot pads not only keep the unit in place, but won't damage expensive gym floors.  Caster restraints keep the bleacher from rolling when stored.  160 lbs.
